This website is owned and operated by Kay Watkins as Kay Watkins Art. This document sets out the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information about Kay Watkins Art with the option to view and purchase a selection of artworks.

All the information on this web site is intended for guidance only. The web site is regularly updated. Products and prices are subject to change without notice.
By accessing or using this website, and in placing an order, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Kay Watkins Art reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. We also reserve the right to temporarily suspend the taking of orders, with or without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website.

These terms and any separate agreement where we provide you with services shall by governed by English Law.

You shall not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or by any means prohibited under these terms and conditions. You shall not use this site in any manner, which may harm Kay Watkins Art or other parties or adversely affect the site functionality or its use by others. You shall not attempt or obtain from or through this site any information that is not already and intentionally made available from or through it.

All contents and information on this site including without limitation text, graphic and images, is the property of Kay Watkins and is protected by United Kingdom copyright laws.

You agree that you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it.  You also agree that you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions or human error.

Kay Watkins reserves the right to decline any order without reason being given.

We accept payment by credit/debit card and via PayPal. Please visit the PayPal website for their full terms and conditions.

The items will not be delivered until the customer’s funds have been paid in full to Kay Watkins Art.

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in GBP. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via email.

If we are unable to supply all or part of your order, we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 14 days after the intended delivery date.

UK standard delivery is £4.95 on orders up to £50.   We offer free delivery on orders totalling £50 or over.  We regret we are currently unable offer delivery outside of the UK.

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. At the very maximum, your order will be sent out within 3 working days of receipt, providing the items are in stock.

Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail Standard delivery with proof of posting. Original paintings and other orders over £50 are sent using recorded (signed for) delivery. 

We hope that you love your purchase. However, if on receipt of your order you are not fully satisfied, please let us know as soon as possible in order that we can rectify the situation. You can contact us via kay@kaywatkinsart.com

Your right to cancel your order after receiving the products under this section, shall not apply to artworks supplied to your specification (commissions) or which are personalised.

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must inform us first in writing via kay@kaywatkinsart.com within seven working days of receiving the items, to obtain return authorisation and the returns address.  If the items have already been dispatched, then you are responsible for returning the goods. Please note we do not cover postage costs for returns unless items arrive damaged.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition and in the original packaging. Please obtain proof of posting. Upon receipt we will issue a full refund.

We take great care to ensure that all items are carefully and appropriately packaged. In the unlikely event of your items being damaged in transit, please contact us at kay@kaywatkinsart.com as soon as possible. Please check your package before you sign as by signing you are accepting responsibility for the package. No refund can be offered once the package is signed for. If the goods are damaged either, a full refund, or replacement of the items in the case of prints, will be offered following submission of photographic evidence of the damage.
